Fashion Party... NEW BACKGROUND!

Hey fashion heroes! Isn't the fashion party going along SO WELL?! Well, I've got something to say :D

As you might or might not know, Super Ann, one of the awesome bloggers of the galaxy, posted stuff about the new FASHION PARTAY!! So related to that, the mods have put up a new TITLE SCREEN BACKGROUND!!
